Thank you for your interest in personal training! I am a father to one son and business owner. I enjoy the outdoors, sports, traveling, family time, and health/fitness. My passion is to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. I have struggled with my health and weight loss most of my life. I discovered a passion in nutrition and saw how it improved my energy, mood, mental clarity and body composition. I took it a step further and learned the benefits of strength training. It became clear to me that proper nutrition and strength/resistance training are the keys to ideal body composition and optimal health.
I help men and women burn fat and build muscle without a restrictive diet and excessive cardio. My coaching is designed to provide you clarity, certainty, confidence and results. I believe that everyone is unique and deserves an individual approach that fits their lifestyle, goals, and needs. I empathize and understand the struggles you face each day as a parent and employee to a demanding profession.
My goal as a personal trainer is to educate and empower men and women. I will show you that efficient training, nutrition, and proper recovery can optimize your health and help you excel in life.
