Aaron Powers – Physique Development, Golf Strength and Mobility
Hi! My name is Aaron Powers. I am from Sacramento originally but have found my home here in beautiful Folsom. From a young age, my family and I were always active, from spending time running around in the backyard, riding bikes, lots of basketball, skateboarding, to eventually discovering the bench press at the age of 15. Once I tried it I was hooked! And so for the last 25 years, fitness has been my thing and I love doing it! I found lots of benefits to exercise, including the physical, mental, and emotional and with how much research is available to confirm the profound changes that can occur, not only with our body and mind, but the positive ripple effect it can have on the rest of our life and those we share it with. The changes we seek in our body, whether it be for muscle growth, cardio training, core development, or just wanting to tone up, are all possible and you can make it happen! I have continued my studies of fitness and achieved my NASM NCCA accredited certificate as a personal trainer, CPR/AED certified, as well as currently completing a NASM nutrition course. I have also collaborated with a local golf coach Dan Awe (https://www.instagram.com/awegolf/) We have designed specific workouts to help add more power and mobility to your game!
Dan is a 3D Body Motion expert, a former long drive competitor, a short game & putting specialist with 15,000 lessons given.
With my personal philosophy being “always a student,” I’m excited to continue my journey of learning about health and wellness and I hope to be a part of your journey as we work together to achieve your goals!
