I’m Blake Taylor, a 36-year-old personal trainer with a passion for boxing and helping others transform their lives. I’ve been teaching boxing for 3 years and have experienced firsthand the power of fitness to create positive change.
My Journey
I was an athlete throughout my youth, participating in various sports. However, in my early 20s, I found myself drawn to the restaurant industry and its lifestyle. In 2013, I made the life-changing decision to stop drinking and return to my passion for health and fitness.
This led me to become the GM of Title Boxing Midtown Sacramento, where I began training and coaching. I fell in love with boxing and the opportunity to help others transform their lives through fitness.
