My name is Mark Gamboa Jr. I’ve been in the health care and fitness industry for the past seven years, starting from a personal trainer to now physical therapy assistance, this has continued to be my passion.
Between playing baseball for 14 years, to graduating with my B.S. in kinesiology and through physical therapy assistant school, I learned to perform and merge healthcare and sports performance and apply my knowledge to help people in healthcare and sports industries. Over the past few years, I was given opportunity to work with athletes across all playing fields including youth and high school sports, college, semi professional and professional athletes.
With expertise in mobility, injury prevention, strength and conditioning, to just name a few, I have been able to take my career to the next level while also allowing myself to perform at a level I once thought was unreachable.
Through my expertise and experience, my main goal is to provide services personalized to you that are focused around meeting and exceeding your health and sports performance goals. Every one of my clients/athletes will be taken through an initial consultation and physical assessment to further address and evaluate any physiological limitations, and to discuss future goals that you would like to achieve.
