My name is Tiffany and I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years. My fitness journey started when I was 20. I grew up in a broken household naturally that came with its struggles as a young adult. I became overweight, overwhelmed, in pain, constantly tired and sick. At that point I decided to hire a trainer, hit the gym and give myself what I really deserved. As I lost 40lbs I found myself pain free. A life filled with Self worth, love, happiness and health. Since I was a little girl I aways wanted to help people. I could never figure out how I wanted to help up until I lost my weight. I knew right then I wanted to be a personal trainer. I took a huge leap of faith and put all my efforts into my education. With that I chose to live out of my car for a year. This was to focus on my studies instead of working multiple jobs to afford a home. That determination made me a stronger person. My goal as a personal trainer is to help educate others on nutrition, how to use equipment and how to be in tune with your body. Provide you tools that can be used for life. Fitness isn’t just about how you look, it’s also how you mentally feel. Working out provides clarity, manages depression and anxiety. Being sick, tired and in pain all the time is no way to live. Helping my clients find the best version of themselves brings me a lot of joy.

It wasn’t until Luc made the move from Maine to Southern California in 2010 that he started pursuing his passion for fitness and martial arts.He turned to be a quick study under tutelage of Brady Fink, former WEC Lightweight Champion “Razor” Rob McCullough , and training partners the likes of UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping. Within 1 year of training, Luc became an amateur Mixed Martial Arts fighter and the middleweight Champion of Knockout Promotions.
