I also Competed in the 5k on the Cross country team at Golden Valley High School. In 2008 I Trained unde Demitrius Snear and Ricardo Quevas at Modesto Junior College. In 2010 I earned a scholarship to compete with the International Distance Running team formed by Scott Simmons at the Queens University of Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2012 I Dropped out of that university to train for the 2016 Olympics with Hilary Bor and The American Distance Project led by my Coach Scott Simmons in the High Altitude Mountains of Colorado Springs, Co. After Learning how to Train Like a pro I finished my education at Sacramento State and Started my Brand of Personal Training for endurance runners in 2020. As a Middle distance runner with Coach Demitrius Snear, an endurance runner with coach Scott Simmons and 10+ years of Personal Training at corporate Gyms, I formed my own Strength and conditioning training program for the next Generation fo Endurance Runners.
