Personal Trainer in Folsom – I’m 36 years old and have been teaching boxing for 3 years. I picked up boxing right when covid hit. I was an athlete throughout my youth. I played most sports. I got into the restaurant industry at the age of 20 and was sucked into that lifestyle for the next 7 years. In 2013 I decided to change my life and stop drinking, that’s when I got back into health and fitness and my life change forever. I remained in the industry for the next 7 years until covid hit and I decided to change my industry. I was hired on as the GM of Title Boxing Midtown Sacramento and that’s where I began training and coaching. I fell in love with the sport of boxing and helping people change their lives. Long story short there is nothing more satisfying then helping others achieve their goals and change their stars. I’m here to help, any way I can. My clients are very important to me.
