My name is Marlowe Aguilar, and I’m a personal trainer who specializes in training youth athletes. I’ve been training kids for 6 years. My training is not sport specific. My belief is that you need a stable base to be able to tell your body what to do. I train footwork, agility, hip and ankle mobility, plyometrics, and strength training.
