I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Counseling Education, along with a professional certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. My background allows me to support clients not just physically, but mentally and emotionally—because lasting change starts from within.
Most of my clients are doctors, nurse practitioners, and busy business owners—high-achieving women between the ages of 40 and 70—who are facing real challenges like hormone shifts, pre-menopause, menopause, and the frustrating weight gain that often comes with it. I design personalized training programs that focus on building muscle, improving bone density, and reducing the aches and pains that come with aging.
I’ve walked this path myself. After becoming a mom of two, I struggled with weight gain, hormonal imbalances, and insulin resistance.
