HI! I’m Kelley and I’m so excited to offer my services here at SMTF Folsom. I’m new to the Sacramento area but not new to training people to feel their absolute best. I have been lucky enough to have helped a variety of people over the years from all walks of life and ages 4 to 80.

With over 20 years of experience in this industry, I have worked in many fitness environments; from corporate gyms, local parks, small personal training only gyms and even a studio in my backyard. My home gym was my favorite place to be until I walked into the Self Made Training Facility in Folsom, I was awe struck with the options that are available to me and my clients to help us reach our fitness goals. My current goal is to get stronger as I age so I can keep riding these awesome bike trails around here and not worry about injuries!

I take pride in my ability to stay curious and keep learning how to be a better trainer for each of my clients as everyone has individual needs, goals and limitations. Lately I have been educating myself about how I can help women get stronger, keep injuries at bay and continue to enjoy the activities that make life more fun at any age. I am also working towards learning how movement helps with depression/anxiety and how I can help first responders use fitness to manage the stress of the job.

I can also help you use food to fuel your training and daily life. I offer nutrition guidance and have an awesome recipe for nut butter/protein snacks.

I enjoy stand up paddle boarding, road bike riding, baking ‘healthy’ snacks, Tough Mudder and Spartan races, martial arts and I’m always looking for ways to help my clients feel better, stronger and more confident. My name is Tiffany and I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years. My fitness journey started when I was 20. I grew up in a broken household naturally that came with its struggles as a young adult. I became overweight, overwhelmed, in pain, constantly tired and sick. At that point I decided to hire a trainer, hit the gym and give myself what I really deserved. As I lost 40lbs I found myself pain free. A life filled with Self worth, love, happiness and health. Since I was a little girl I aways wanted to help people. I could never figure out how I wanted to help up until I lost my weight. I knew right then I wanted to be a personal trainer. I took a huge leap of faith and put all my efforts into my education. With that I chose to live out of my car for a year. This was to focus on my studies instead of working multiple jobs to afford a home. That determination made me a stronger person. My goal as a personal trainer is to help educate others on nutrition, how to use equipment and how to be in tune with your body. Provide you tools that can be used for life.
