Hey there! My name is Anthony and I am a Neuromuscular Therapist and Personal Trainer. With both of these tools under my belt, it allows me to tackle a wide range of problems my clients might bring to me. I put a big focus on bridging the gap between healthcare and personal training, so that not only am I going to bring my clients the strength or weight loss results they want, but help educate them on how to move properly to avoid or get out of the pains and aches that might be triggered from their day to day hobbies, jobs, or just life in general.I grew up racing motorcycles my whole life and was pursuing that as a career before injuries had stopped that goal. I then competed in Olympic Weight Lifting, Cross-fit, and a handful of other niche cultures in fitness. Due to me receiving poor coaching, I had sustained a multitude of injuries that could have been prevented with the right knowledge.SO! I decided to get the knowledge and education to provide a better coaching service to others so they can avoid the setbacks I experienced.When working with me, we look into the biopsychosocial aspect of training and how important it is to get the nervous system and muscular system on the same page to get you the results you want!

I took a huge leap of faith and put all my efforts into my education. With that I chose to live out of my car for a year. This was to focus on my studies instead of working multiple jobs to afford a home. That determination made me a stronger person.
