Hi! My name is Aaron Powers. I am from Sacramento originally but have found my home here in beautiful Folsom. From a young age, my family and I were always active, from spending time running around in the backyard, riding bikes, lots of basketball, skateboarding, to eventually discovering the bench press at the age of 15. Once I tried it I was hooked! And so for the last 25 years, fitness has been my thing and I love doing it!
